He started his career at FUJIFILM Corporation as a mechanical developer in the R&D department. During his 9 years career there, he was commended for his outstanding achievements in the company many times.

After that, he engaged in an international patent firm for 5 years in pursuit of a practical experience of IP business, and then, he established Kaji International Patent Firm in 2004.

Consequently, he has got superior skills in communication with inventors, and he has a strong comprehension of the cutting edge of technologies because of his broad range of technical knowledge. He also has abundant experience of domestic and foreign applications for patents, utility models, designs, and trademarks. In addition, it is possible that he counsels as a professional of engineer.
